We clearly display each part's condition (original or replacement) on the product page before purchase.

The brand/model/year/category part-finder is a convenience tool to help narrow your search — it does not replace verifying the part number and its actual fit for your car before installation.

Prices and stock availability are shown in real time and may change without prior notice; the price shown at the time your order is confirmed is the price applied.

An order moves through several statuses: pending confirmation, confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered, or cancelled.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details before shipping.

The store reserves the right to cancel or decline any order if a part is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or order details cannot be verified.

We offer several payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, card or mada payment via our payment gateway Moyasar, or a payment link sent via WhatsApp.

Electronic payments are processed securely through the payment gateway; the store does not store your card details.

Delivery time and fees vary by city, and the list of available cities is maintained by the store.

We will contact you to confirm the delivery date after your order is confirmed.

Cancellation, return, and exchange requests are governed by the Returns & Cancellation Policy published on our site, which forms an integral part of these terms.

All content on the site — logos, designs, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Al-Jawhara and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Users must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach or disrupt it, impersonate another person, or submit false information when ordering.

We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, but we do not guarantee the site is entirely free of technical errors, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
